The BSSc in Data Science and Policy Studies Programme's Office collaborated with Career Planning and Development Centre of CUHK to organize a Webinar on careers in data science on 29 January 2021. Three speakers from different sectors have been invited to deliver different topics on the application of data science and policy studies. In today’s world (not just in Hong Kong) where data is becoming more prevalent and penetrating into analytics and decision-making in every virtual and physical field in our daily life, we hope this webinar will enable students to have a better understanding of how data science can be applied in different sectors / industries and have some insights on their career paths relating to data science and policy studies.
